We have an immediate full time/direct hire opening for a CSR with a family-owned printing company in Anderson, SC. Family owned company seeking a Production Manager with experience in narrow web flexographic printing of labels and tags using Mark Andy presses, rotary die presses, and automatic turret rewinders such as KTI’s. An extensive background required in operating a Flexographic Printing Press in a very detail-oriented manner.

Experience (5+years) in setting up and running multiple colors on any Flexo Printing Presses. For example Mark Andy, 830, 2200, LP3000, P5/P7 series, Webtron, or Comco Probe-Glide, Comco commander, or any other Flexographic Presses.

Color matching is a plus, especially custom colors, and those familiar with the usage of PMS guides.

Keep current equipment maintenance records to GMP audit-ready status and be competent in meeting OSHA regulations and Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) with respect to equipment installation and repair. Utilize Microsoft Office soft wares to create, update, and improve department forms and create change controls regularly. Maintenance Technician will support the maintenance department in performing daily maintenance prevention tasks and formal preventative maintenance projects to ensure the highest quality in production and providing the safest work environment for employees. They will assist the maintenance supervisor in managing the parts inventory and space and will partner with other operations supervisors to optimize their team's operational performance. They will also develop relationships with outside vendors (machines or parts).

Die Cutting Machine Operator

Shift: 2nd or 3rd


Job Duties:

Position duties include setting up and operating a die cutting machine for a production run. Responsibility of overall operation of the die cutter, including but not limited, maintenance to ensure the machine efficiency and meet customer deadlines.

Responsibility for output, quantity and quality of the product being produced by the die cutter.

Conduct and manage efficient set ups.

Load printed material.

Familiar with the technology/software operation of die cutter machinery.

Take the lead in solving problems & work with support staff in providing solutions.

Make suggestions to improve efficiencies and ensure die cutter runs at optimum speeds.

Monitor quality of finished pieces and report defects to supervisor and work on a solution.

Ensure finished materials are being staged properly to ensure that the next job transitions as seamlessly as possible.

Scan semi-produced products to start jobs and create a label through the system to mark skids of finished products.

Communicate deviations from job specifications to management.

Must follow standards for food quality such as wearing hair nets, using hand sanitizer to ensure printed product stays contamination free
